M\u00e4rz ist das TONGA-Team ins Home-Office &#8222;umgezogen&#8220;. Den Wechsel konnten wir praktisch nahtlos und verz\u00f6gerungsfrei vollziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img data-opt-id=1380895592  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/86QybUhZ5bhBMk7jrQN1TQExDpeyZ6H6HZlA3U2Ad8SGT_2tkGAMorJZ3O2x14LKEh29E3DZw1sK2uUAJ7VO4OAowCJmfPsmJi-WIwXPh0aiYKE91D107ZLZo0kfyB1rOc2Z7rGKLoQ\" alt=\"\" width=\"327\" height=\"264\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gleich in der ersten Woche standen wir vor der Herausforderung, einen lange geplanten Pr\u00e4senz-Workshop online durchzuf\u00fchren. Niemand von uns wusste, ob wir es schaffen w\u00fcrden die Athmosph\u00e4re herzustellen, die f\u00fcr das Aufkommen von Kreativit\u00e4t notwendig ist, wenn die Teilnehmer isoliert vor ihren Monitoren sitzen. In dem dreit\u00e4gigen Design Sprint haben etwa zehn Teilnehmer aus Lehre, Studierenden, Service-Einheiten und TONGA-Team das Konzept f\u00fcr den ersten Aufschlag des Projektmanagement Moduls erarbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zusammenarbeit war erstaunlich produktiv, die Stimmung positiv und konzentriert. Essentiell war die exzellente Vorbereitung der beiden Moderatoren Michael Westermann und Benjamin C\u00f6lle. Dazu hat das interaktive Board von <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/miro.com\" target=\"_blank\">Miro<\/a> die kollaborative Arbeit bei Ideensammlung und Strukturierung sehr unterst\u00fctzt. April wird eines der beiden Entwickler-Teams mit der Programmierung einer ersten Teilanwendung im Bereich Projektentwicklung studentischer Projekte beginnen. Anders als bei dem ersten Entwicklungsabschnitt, in dem wir das <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/t2informatik.de\/wissen-kompakt\/minimum-viable-product\/\" target=\"_blank\">MVP<\/a> &#8222;Schaufenster ins Techniklager&#8220; entwickelt haben, werden wir hier schneller kleine, funktionst\u00fcchtige Iterationen herstellen, die wir gleich in kurzen Abst\u00e4nden mit Usern testen k\u00f6nnen. In diesem Modul werden die Daten der Artikel des Techniklagers gepflegt. Es wird die aktuell genutzte Software ersetzen. Auch hier testen wir von Beginn an jede Iteration mit der Zielgruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir hoffen, dassbald die Mitarbeiter des Techniklagers m\u00f6glichst den Umstieg nach TONGA vollziehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update aus dem Shut Down Am 16.
